FAQ
Before you choose
- What counts as a product?
- One product you put on try-on. Its metal, size and shade variants count once. You can switch which products are on try-on at any time.
- Are try-ons really unlimited?
- Yes. There is no try-on limit and no charge per try-on on any plan. Fair usage means genuine shoppers on your own storefront, which covers normal e-commerce traffic. Stores with very heavy traffic move to Enterprise for custom hosting.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Upload your product images, or deliver them from a Google Drive folder named by SKU, and 2D try-on goes live. You can also upload your own 3D models.
- Where does it work?
- On Shopify, WooCommerce and MyMirrAR storefronts, and on a short link for every product and catalogue that opens straight into try-on, including from WhatsApp. It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no app to install.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move up or down as your catalogue changes; every plan has the same features, so nothing is lost when you switch.
- Do prices include tax?
- INR prices are shown before 18% GST, which appears on your invoice. USD prices are for customers outside India.
- Which billing terms can I choose?
- Monthly or annual, whether you buy directly from MirrAR or through the Shopify App Store. Annual billing gives you two months free.
- What about apparel and in-store screens?
- Apparel try-on runs on MirrAR AI Try-On, and shop-floor screens on MirrAR Kiosk. Select the MirrAR Kiosk tab above for store pricing.

- What is included in a MirrAR Kiosk plan?
- Every plan includes live AR virtual try-on, photo and video capture with instant sharing, customer lead capture, shortlisted design requests, signage attract loop, staff mPIN lock-down, central cloud fleet management, and full onboarding & staff training.
- Can I use my own display or hardware?
- Yes. MirrAR Kiosk software runs on our turnkey luxury hardware (22" Smart Mirror, 32" Display, Standee) or on your existing commercial displays that meet the minimum operating specification.
- Can I add more screens later?
- Yes. You can add extra screens to any plan at any time. Extra screens are billed at your plan’s discounted per-device rate (Standard: ₹99,999, Plus: ₹89,999, Pro: ₹79,999, Ultimate: ₹74,999).
- Can I manage multiple stores?
- Yes. Plus, Pro, and Ultimate plans include multi-store fleet capabilities, including central catalogue management, inter-store catalogue browsing, inter-store order routing, and branch analytics.
- Is hardware included in the yearly licence?
- No. Hardware is a separate, one-time investment. From year 2 onwards, you only pay for the recurring annual software licence, extra screens, and any active product add-on packs.
- Can I increase my product catalogue?
- Yes. If you exceed the plan’s included product allowance, you can easily add product packs (+100, +250, +500, +1,000 products) or upgrade to the next tier.
- What happens when I upgrade my plan?
- Upgrades are seamless. Because our upgrade thresholds are designed for customer benefit (e.g. 5 screens on Plus cost more than Pro), upgrading unlocks both more included screens and advanced multi-store features.
- Is GST included in the displayed price?
- INR prices are shown before 18% GST, which appears as a separate tax line on your official invoice. International currencies are shown as standard list prices.
